Burschetta is one of the Italian’s favorite appetizers and in any way you dress it, it always remains a “Signor” appetizer. Today we offer you recipe with the truffle.

- 1 black or white truffle

METHOD:
To remove the earth from the truffle, rub it gently using a rather stiff brush, then complete the cleaning by wiping the surface with a damp cloth, then cut it into slices and set them aside.
Arrange the slices of bread on a wire rack and let them roast briefly under the oven grill.
Remove them, flavor them with a drizzle of oil poured slowly and sprinkle them with slices of truffle cut at the moment.
Arrange the bruschetta on a serving plate and serve.
